Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clinical NLP integration and golden dataset pipeline components for a clinical AI platform.
- Build annotation pipelines, scientifically rigorous ground-truth datasets, evaluation frameworks, and classifiers for clinical documentation scenarios.
- Implement and maintain components of an agentic AI framework using open-source frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Integrate AI agents into customer-facing applications and internal tools in collaboration with product engineers.
- Write maintainable Python code for AI workflows, APIs, and data integration tasks.
- Assist with testing, debugging, performance improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with CDI, data science, MLOps, and AI platform teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and clinically valid AI coding solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with exposure to AI/ML concepts or platforms.
- Solid Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI framework, such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, through projects, internships, or work experience.
- Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask, Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, and modern LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handle confidential information, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Preferred experience with Risk Adjustment coding and clinical documentation or healthcare data workflows.
