Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy reliable, scalable software systems for AI agent tooling and machine learning applications.
- Establish frameworks and best practices for creating, evaluating, and safely deploying autonomous AI agents in production.
- Collaborate with engineering managers and cross-functional teams to integrate AI agent solutions across the platform.
- Conduct code reviews focused on quality, performance, and operational maturity.
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions for the AI Tooling roadmap.
- Manage project tasks through the software development lifecycle and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with deep expertise building and scaling distributed systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and its ecosystem for production AI/ML applications.
- Proven experience as a senior individual contributor designing and delivering complex software solutions.
- Technical experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and workflow tools such as Jira and Git.
- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic loop design, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Experience coordinating work across product, research, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity about cybersecurity and applying AI agent technology to protect clients.
