Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop payment flows including instant pay and facility invoicing.
- Implement fraud detection and prevention mechanisms.
- Create invoicing and reconciliation logic for accurate payments and billing.
- Collaborate with operations and finance stakeholders to understand business impacts.
- Own high-stakes systems end-to-end and address issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Experience with transaction systems and payment infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of financial data at scale.
- Proficiency in Node/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, and AWS.
- Ability to prioritize correctness and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to take ownership of systems and their performance.
