Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, deploy, maintain, and quality-assure business process automation solutions and associated web forms using the Blue Prism RPA Framework.
- Implement proofs of concept for operational departments and maintain existing automation solutions.
- Analyze, design, and develop system components with functional and development teams in an agile environment.
- Integrate RPA solutions with AI technologies and ensure designs support reuse, scalability, availability, maintainability, flexibility, and successful deployment.
- Investigate production issues, analyze impacts, and implement solutions to neutralize them.
- Apply bank policies covering naming conventions, encryption, security settings, capacity, availability, and other non-functional requirements.
Requirements
- B.Tech/BE or equivalent bachelor's-level qualification, with M.Tech/ME/MCA/M.Sc. preferably in Computer Science also considered.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying to production, and maintaining RPA processes with Blue Prism.
- Confident use of MS Office technology and web technologies.
- Foundational knowledge of traditional and generative AI technologies and their practical application and integration.
- Initial knowledge of business process management, including process documentation, analysis, and optimization.
- Verifiable programming knowledge in at least one object-oriented programming language, preferably from the Microsoft environment.
- Strong analytical and design skills and proficient written and verbal communication.
- Experience in investment banking or the financial domain is desired.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying critical judgment to support responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
