Responsibilities
- Develop embedded systems software for specialized hardware platforms and devices.
- Optimize embedded systems for resource constraints and real-time requirements.
- Develop software using secure coding and software development best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues in development and production systems.
- Execute tests for scale, reliability, and velocity within the codebase.
- Review code for compliance with secure coding principles.
- Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering teams to create customer-focused solutions.
- Contribute ideas for product innovation and improve software development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 6–9 years of experience.
- Excellent C/C++ programming skills.
- Familiarity with networking protocols such as DWDM, OTN, and Ethernet is preferred.
- Strong foundation in embedded systems concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tools, frameworks, or methodologies is preferred.
