Base Salary
$124k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead thoughtful work to accomplish healthcare initiatives.
- Implement software solutions within the healthcare industry.
- Determine methods to satisfy customer needs.
- Support 3M R&D teams in delivering solutions for clients.
- Create innovative solutions for the customer base.
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and eight years of software development experience, or a high school diploma/GED and twelve years of software development experience.
- At least eight years of experience as a Java/Kotlin enterprise developer using Spring, MVC, and Postgres or a similar database.
- At least five years of full-stack web application and component-library development using React or Angular, preferably with EMR integration.
- At least five years of experience developing and interfacing with services through REST APIs.
- At least five years of experience with cloud architectures and large-scale hosted applications, preferably AWS.
- Healthcare experience, Agile team experience, strong test automation, and unit testing with tools such as Karma or Jasmine are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributed teams and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment-visa sponsorship.
