Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and certify software applications for quality.
- Create test cases, test plans, and test strategies based on product requirements, user journeys, and technical designs.
- Execute exploratory, functional, end-to-end, regression, and integration testing.
- Test web, API, and native iOS/iPadOS applications.
- Investigate test failures and product defects, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with developers on resolutions.
- Identify repetitive testing activities suitable for AI-assisted automation.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, QE engineers, and other partners throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in software quality engineering.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Appium.
- Understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and automation practices.
- Experience using GenAI tools for quality engineering tasks, preferably ClaudeCode or GeminiCLI.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, debugging, analytical, and learning skills.
