Base Salary

$200k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Own major user-facing platform features from concept through production delivery.
Build search and semantic discovery across billions of records.
Design Dossier views that assemble complete entity perspectives on demand.
Create real-time collaborative experiences for maps and networks.
Deliver AI-powered capabilities with source transparency and user trust.
Optimize latency, interaction design, resilience, and overall workflow quality.
Collaborate with design, product management, deployment teams, engineers, and users.
Write robust, well-tested, well-designed software for frequent production deployment.

5+ years of experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Professional or open-source experience shipping and iterating on production-grade user-facing software.
Strong frontend fundamentals with React and TypeScript, plus comfort working full-stack.
Ability to architect and scale distributed software systems.
Strong modern software development practices and experience navigating large codebases.
Excellent technical vision and ability to translate product needs into reliable software components.
Located in San Francisco or Washington, D.C. and willing to work in the office four days per week.
