Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tool automation and host enhancements with automation developers and domain experts.
  • Gather, prioritize, and document requirements for automation systems and enhancements across global 300mm fabs.
  • Test and support manufacturing and automation software releases, upgrades, and resiliency improvements.
  • Resolve automation and software issues in a daily support role with a 24x7 on-call rotation.
  • Maintain user documentation and provide regular project status reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of enterprise software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming, software development life cycle practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools and technologies.
  • Software testing experience in manufacturing or automation environments.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred qualifications include semiconductor or manufacturing automation experience, software architecture and system integration knowledge, automation tool framework experience, documentation and training experience, complex multi-system troubleshooting, and global or multi-site operations experience.
