Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with project requirements and customer needs.
- Process and analyze large datasets to extract features and identify patterns for model training.
- Integrate and deploy AI/ML models into existing software systems and platforms.
- Apply statistical analysis and data validation techniques to ensure training-data quality and reliability.
- Evaluate, validate, and tune models to optimize performance and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers on requirements, solution design, and technical improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers on machine learning concepts, coding practices, and data analysis.
- Use modern machine learning frameworks for model development and experimentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, company policies, and quality frameworks.
Requirements
- 3 –4 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and programming languages such as Python.
- Experience working with large datasets and production AI systems.
- Ability to implement solutions from scratch and build products across the full product lifecycle.
- Experience with generative AI, large language models, LangChain or LlamaIndex, vector databases, AI agents, NLP, machine learning, neural networks, OpenCV or image processing, MLOps, model validation and evaluation, data annotation, Python, and data modeling and design.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Proficiency with office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
