Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with project requirements and customer needs.
- Process and analyze large datasets to extract features and identify patterns for model training.
- Integrate and deploy AI/ML models into existing software systems and platforms.
- Apply statistical analysis and data validation techniques to ensure training data quality and reliability.
- Evaluate, validate, and tune models to optimize performance and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, technical insights, solution design, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers on machine learning concepts, coding practices, and data analysis techniques.
- Develop and experiment with models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, company policies, and quality frameworks.
- Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and programming languages such as Python.
- Experience working with large datasets and production AI systems.
- Ability to build solutions from scratch and develop products across the full product lifecycle.
- Experience with generative AI, large language models, LangChain or LlamaIndex, vector databases, AI agents, NLP, model-based development, neural network architectures, OpenCV or image processing, MLOps, model validation and evaluation, data annotation basics, and data modeling and design.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Proficiency with office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is a plus.
