Responsibilities
- Architect and continuously improve agentic Prompt-to-Demo workflows that generate data stories, UI screens, and configurations from business requirements.
- Build self-service AI tools that enable Sales Representatives and Solution Engineers to interact with demo environments and generate customized sales assets.
- Own the end-to-end development, release, technical configuration, quality assurance, and improvement of strategic AI demo tools and assets.
- Identify high-impact pre-sales demo opportunities, prioritize features, build solutions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering partners.
- Automate repetitive demo lifecycle tasks such as data cleaning and screen setup to reduce manual effort and creation time.
- Translate complex data and AI capabilities into compelling, human-centered narratives for executive audiences.
- Drive adoption through enablement and iterate on tools based on user feedback.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of professional experience in Value Engineering, Applied AI, Solution Engineering, Demo Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar product-adjacent role.
- Hands-on experience building scalable automation tools that help others succeed.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a comparable programming language.
- Ability to work with data, integrate AI models and APIs, and debug the tools built.
- Ability to identify high-impact use cases and explain complex technical capabilities through simple, value-driven business stories for executive audiences.
- Willingness to experiment with new AI models, frameworks, and prompting techniques.
- Preferred experience building cloud-based workflows or applications with Microsoft Azure and Azure Blob Storage.
- Preferred experience with GitHub, version control, deployment workflows, and maintaining web applications used by others.
- Preferred frontend development and UI/UX experience.
- Preferred experience with the Celonis platform and in-product applications.
