Responsibilities
- Capture, refine, and document requirements with product owners, partners, and stakeholders.
- Create and document logical and physical integration designs for applications and solutions.
- Install, upgrade, configure, and support applications and required operating system or third-party components.
- Design, document, and support execution of test plans and cases, including functional testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Own integrations between revenue management platforms and network, BSS, and OSS systems across the charging, rating, and billing lifecycle.
- Deliver technical work from estimation and design through configuration, development, unit testing, and production release.
- Resolve technical issues reported for the environment and perform configuration and code reviews.
- Drive complex technical projects from planning through execution and lead improvement initiatives for processes and tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and collaborate on end-to-end solution implementation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the telecom mediation domain.
- At least 3 years of development experience with the DigitalRoute Mediation Zone product.
- Strong experience implementing batch and real-time workflows, including aggregation, correlation, and filtering.
- Experience with APL, UNIX, Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL, and CDR analysis.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end telecom flows and logical issue resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Java, AWS, and CI/CD is advantageous.
- Experience resolving technical issues in application environments is required.
