Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement frontend, backend, and service components for multi-step Copilot flows.
- Integrate LLMs and APIs to create context-aware, human-in-the-loop experiences.
- Collaborate with AI, UX, platform, PM, and data engineering teams to translate user intent into structured workflows.
- Develop reusable patterns, SDKs, libraries, and flow components for teams building Copilot experiences.
- Deliver complex features through the full software development lifecycle, from design through release and live-site operations.
- Improve performance, observability, data protection, fault resilience, code quality, and maintainability.
- Prototype AI-driven interaction models and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript, plus backend development using C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience building scalable distributed systems and integrating APIs or microservices.
- Strong understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud technologies.
- Understanding of system design, telemetry, and live-site operations.
- Experience with Copilot-like, assistive, or agentic workflows and AI/LLM integration, function calling, or semantic retrieval systems.
- Experience building developer-facing frameworks, SDKs, or reusable flow components.
- Demonstrated impact delivering complex product features or platform capabilities, including leading a v-team.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles including privacy, transparency, fairness, and model explainability.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prototyping, and mentoring abilities.
