Responsibilities
- Lead development of the cloud-native Kubernetes product platform.
- Help shape the engineering roadmap with management and business stakeholders.
- Develop enterprise features and capabilities for a cloud-native platform.
- Establish best practices, share knowledge, and mentor engineers.
- Lead and collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Foster innovative solutions, rapid development cycles, and open communication.
Requirements
- 12 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Leadership experience in cloud-native platform engineering and developing an organizational ecosystem of capabilities.
- Experience building and operating highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable production services using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Go and familiarity with Python or Bash for scripting.
- Expertise in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and HTTP.
- Knowledge of Linux-based operating systems.
- Expertise using CI/CD tools to support effective software development practices.

- Base salary for US-based candidates ranges from $169,300 to $304,700 per year, with potential bonus or incentive compensation, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
