Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of PlanetTogether solutions within a Kinaxis-based planning ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, planning models, and system configurations.
- Manage functional workstreams, project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with integration teams on data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Partner with client stakeholders to drive alignment, solution adoption, and business value realization.
- Provide functional leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and project team members.
- Ensure adherence to implementation best practices and delivery standards across planning workstreams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring PlanetTogether solutions.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and sales and operations planning.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro configuration and solution authoring.
- At least 9 years of overall professional experience, including 3 or more years of PlanetTogether experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
