Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end global deployments, including repository management, automated image building, containerization, and Kubernetes deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and Asia-Pacific to support deployments and running applications throughout their lifecycle.
- Contribute infrastructure and application code and participate in code and infrastructure reviews.
- Modernize infrastructure and evaluate emerging cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and alternative software platforms and architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of hands-on DevOps experience specializing in Kubernetes ecosystem management.
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes and container technologies including Docker and Podman.
- Experience with Git and Kubernetes-oriented CI/CD tools or pipelines, including Bitbucket, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of IT networking, including Kubernetes CNI, ingress/egress, DNS, and integration with external enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with declarative YAML configuration; FastAPI experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for multicultural collaboration.
- Hands-on Apache Airflow experience and Microsoft Azure experience are preferred.
