Base Salary
$130k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create practical, scalable, secure, and resilient architectures and designs for development teams to implement.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, product managers, architects, and technical subject matter experts to align solutions with strategic requirements and supported technology patterns.
- Work with internal and partner development teams to implement cloud-native solutions for business and technology products.
- Perform proofs of concept, systems analysis, data analysis, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Apply systems thinking to understand the pharmacy and health ecosystem, interconnected components, and process-generated data.
- Evaluate tools and solutions, assess usability, and develop innovative approaches to accessible and understandable data visualization.
- Analyze data lineage and prepare Data Flow Diagrams and UML diagrams using Lucidchart or similar tools.
- Provide architecture and technical design solutions while mentoring development team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on experience building microservices with REST and SOAP/XML.
- At least five years of experience with NoSQL and relational databases, including DML, DDL, and query optimization.
- At least five years of systems integration experience involving event-based messaging, high-volume real-time streaming, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spark, and ETL integration.
- Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, web services, SOAP, and REST; Spring WebFlux and reactive programming are strongly preferred.
- Experience with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, and in-memory datastores or caches such as Redis or MemCache is strongly preferred.
- Significant experience across the full software development lifecycle, capacity planning, systems performance analysis, distributed client/server environments, and resilient active/active architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Strong analysis, design, programming, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to decompose broad business requirements, define technical solutions and non-functional requirements, communicate complex solutions, and work collaboratively across a virtual workforce.
- Ability to mentor and guide development team members and support consumer-facing solutions in public cloud environments.
