Responsibilities
- Design resilient, high-availability Cloud SaaS architectures for large-scale public infrastructure systems.
- Architect automated development environments that integrate AI agents for refactoring, parallel execution, and self-healing CI/CD workflows.
- Partner with global product managers and corporate architects to align business strategy with engineering execution.
- Mentor P2 and P3 engineers and cultivate high-velocity delivery, technical excellence, and AI-native engineering practices.
- Lead high-stakes proof-of-concept projects using advanced AI tooling to validate architectural assumptions rapidly.
- Manage legacy technical debt while advancing modern engineering solutions without compromising security or scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of professional deep-stack software engineering experience.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems and multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Strong architectural and systems-thinking skills, including experience with scalability, security, and technical debt.
- Strong communication and cross-continental collaboration experience bridging India and EMEA/US development strategies.
- Expertise in either .NET Core, C#, and modern frontend technologies such as Angular or React, or Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and React.
- Deep experience with coding assistants and autonomous agents such as Cursor, Copilot, or Auto-GPT, with a vision for enterprise SDLC integration.
