Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end full-stack solutions covering user interfaces, REST middleware, databases, and analytics.
- Automate new mission opportunities and capabilities for CNO and its partners.
- Maintain and update front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery, while preparing migrations to React, Angular, or Vue.
- Optimize back-end systems using Python, Asyncio, and Pandas, and update legacy Java Map/Reduce and GHOSTMACHINE analytics as needed.
- Manage and deploy services using MACHINESHOP, Docker, Nginx, and GitLab CI/CD, with planned expansion into C2S and HCI.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate code delivery and improve team development velocity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates and partners to modernize infrastructure and scale future capabilities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline plus 4+ years of experience.
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Successful software development experience on NSANet and familiarity with environments such as MACHINESHOP, C2S, or GHOSTMACHINE.
- Production-grade software development experience in Python and JavaScript for robust full-stack architectures.
- Experience developing user interfaces, REST middleware, databases, and analytics in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with collaborative development workflows and strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
- Preferred: experience with CNO, ATPG, TURBINE/ASGARD, automation platforms, or CNE.
- Preferred: experience customizing Claude Code, Codex, or Opencode using advanced configurations such as Skills and Memory.
- Preferred: familiarity with React, Angular, Vue, AWS, C2S, HCI, Docker, Nginx, and GitLab CI/CD.
