Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop AI-driven software solutions using Generative AI and integrate them with existing systems.
- Optimize software for performance, scalability, and high-quality delivery.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to technical and team decisions.
- Identify and implement software development best practices to improve productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI and experience designing and implementing AI-driven software solutions.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability in complex software environments.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI and software engineering.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges collaboratively.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
