Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and other cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact features.
- Architect and build scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, documented, reliable, and testable code.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs with robust error handling and graceful degradation.
- Improve system performance and developer experience through automation and refactoring.
- Diagnose complex issues, implement technical improvements, and contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Document technical decisions, systems, and processes to support long-term scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on professional software engineering experience with an emphasis on backend development.
- Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot and strong knowledge of modern backend architecture and engineering practices.
- Experience designing, building, and scaling web services, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong proficiency with relational databases and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
- Frontend experience with AngularJS or React is preferred.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
