Base Salary
$100k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define department-wide quality standards, testing methodologies, and release governance processes.
- Translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive functional test cases.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and infrastructure.
- Execute manual and automated test plans, report defects, and maintain traceability between requirements and test coverage.
- Analyze, track, and report defects and support production issue resolution through root cause analysis and test-environment replication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on backlog enhancements and project work in iterative release cycles.
- Mentor QA engineers and resolve complex technical bottlenecks across teams.
- Conduct ongoing testing and validation of integrated enterprise application stability and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce testing and test automation experience.
- Experience with API testing and validation of system integrations with external platforms.
- Experience validating distributed, highly available AWS architectures, data pipelines, and security compliance.
- Experience designing automation frameworks for large-scale enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, including Apex, custom objects, and managed packages.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards, including architecture, validation, and compliance testing of HL7 and FHIR API messaging structures, is preferred.
