Base Salary
$131k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on Azure services and best practices for DoD applications.
- Coach teams on cloud architecture, development, and deployment processes.
- Design and implement Azure-based solutions meeting security and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate team capabilities and create customized learning plans.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align cloud strategies with organizational goals.
- Track Azure advancements and DoD cloud computing policies to provide current guidance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement among team members.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship, an active Top Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain SCI eligibility before the start date.
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 10+ years of experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
- Proven cloud computing experience, specifically with Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of DoD cloud security and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and mentoring teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Preferred qualifications include active TS/SCI clearance, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center experience, Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, classified Azure cloud and Azure Cloud Edge experience, DoD or government project experience, Docker and Kubernetes familiarity, Azure DevOps experience, and cloud governance and cost management knowledge.
