Responsibilities
- Refactor and modernize the existing automation framework from a legacy architecture to a modern, scalable structure.
- Design and build robust automated test suites covering Web UI and REST API levels.
- Own framework tasks independently from initial design and approval through execution.
- Coordinate with cross-squad leaders to support automated testing across 3–5 feature squads.
- Identify bottlenecks, raise red flags proactively, and resolve technical issues independently.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of strong core Python development experience creating and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Selenium for Web UI automation.
- Demonstrated experience building test suites for REST APIs.
- High autonomy, proactive problem-solving ability, and clear English communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
