Responsibilities

Lead a team of application developers supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Develop and maintain technical strategies for application development and integration between applications.
Build new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for legacy and existing systems.
Enable successor systems to integrate and coexist with legacy systems.
Oversee contract application development work and communicate progress, risks, requirements, and mission priorities to government and contract leadership.
Present briefings and updates to government leads, partners, and customers.
Assist with requirements distillation, communication to contract staff, and progress tracking.
Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, scale, and mission impact.

At least two years of experience in a senior technical role and proposing and directing major technology.
At least two years of experience developing and maintaining technical strategies for application development and integration, including use of AI to enhance development.
At least 12 years of development experience plus a master’s degree, or 14 years of development experience plus a bachelor’s degree.
TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly are required for consideration.
Security+ certification is preferred.
Experience working in an Agile SAFe environment is preferred.

Hybrid work arrangement based at DIA Headquarters at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, D.C., with 3–4 days onsite.
