Base Salary
$120k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce and other AI platforms such as Microsoft Studio for Copilot Agents.
- Design and deliver intelligent process automations using Power Automate, Alteryx, and similar tools.
- Create test automations, unit tests, and manual or automated test scripts for Salesforce and other applications.
- Develop and maintain applications, integrations, and workflows using Apex, JavaScript, Python, and other relevant languages.
- Prototype and refine AI use cases with product designers, end users, business partners, and engineering team members.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug standard to complex application issues and incidents.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for application builds and AI agents.
- Participate in DevOps maintenance, peer reviews, pull request approvals, and vendor build reviews.
- Provide training and consultation to business partners and mentor or coach junior and intermediate application engineers.
- Support transformational projects, high-priority enhancements, and production application operations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI agents, AI workflows, custom agents, and integrations with external data sources.
- More than five years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce or connected-application configurations and custom applications.
- Experience with Salesforce and external-system integrations, intelligent process automation, test automation, clean scalable code, and automated testing frameworks.
- Required Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications; Agentforce Specialist certification is listed.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps processes and tools, GitHub, Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits.
- Preferred experience includes Workday, other AI platforms, SaaS products, Salesforce Lightning Design System or UI frameworks, Salesforce clouds, cloud platforms, authentication protocols, and production on-call responsibilities.
- Strong organization, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, self-management, coaching, and continuous-learning capabilities.
