Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, code, test, implement, monitor, and support technical solutions with minimal defects.
- Enable secure and scalable application onboarding to HashiCorp Vault, secrets-management, PKI, authentication, and certificate platforms.
- Perform technical troubleshooting, production support, technical analysis, and solution implementation across hybrid-cloud environments.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with IT, product, analytics, business, architecture, and application stakeholders.
- Design and implement solutions aligned with enterprise architecture goals and standards.
- Document technical processes and procedures and participate in technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor schedules, communicate progress, and report technical issues or difficulties to leadership.
- Mentor associate and intermediate technical engineers and support their skill and leadership development.
- Stay current with relevant technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions or providing production support.
- At least 5 years of technical problem-solving, solution implementation, and team or project collaboration experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with computer science concepts, operating systems, development languages, or scripting.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale technical solutions.
- Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, and Python, plus the ability to read and understand others' code and automation.
- Knowledge of infrastructure concepts including Linux, Windows, hypervisors, networking, authentication, PKI, Active Directory/LDAP, key and certificate management, and tokens.
- Preferred experience with HashiCorp Vault, scalable solution architectures, automation tooling, source control, public clouds, containerized environments, and VMware Cloud Foundation.
- Preferred HashiCorp Vault Associate Certification, master's degree, or Google, Amazon, Azure, or other cloud service certification.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to changing priorities, document complex processes, and mentor junior engineers.
