Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s agentic headhunting automation system.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and production delivery.
- Work directly with the CTO, co-founders, and engineering team.
- Iterate quickly based on customer feedback and transition systems toward scale and quality when appropriate.
- Help shape the product and engineering direction of an early-stage AI recruiting startup.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and ideally experience with LLM APIs.
- Experience coding with AI tools is preferred, particularly Cursor.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a strong focus on creating value.
- Willingness to work intensively from the San Francisco hackerhouse and engage with customers.
