Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to the codebase and extend the platform architecture.
- Mentor other engineers and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Develop full-stack solutions using React/Typescript, Golang, and Python.
- Work on various product components, including workflow engines and data visualizations.
- Set a broad technical vision and lead its execution.
Requirements
- Strong capabilities in full-stack development with deep backend experience.
- Ability to learn and master new programming languages and technologies.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running a development process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Residence in Argentina is mandatory.
