Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Architect and build scalable solutions using Salesforce technologies.
- Perform integration of Salesforce with internal and external systems.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture and design documentation.
- Enhance platform efficiency through user experience improvements.
- Follow coding standards and best practices, including code reviews.
- Utilize Salesforce development lifecycle tools and processes.
- Customize Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools and programmatic development.
- Configure standard and custom objects, fields, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Familiarity with SOAP and REST web services.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Experience in Salesforce projects, architecture design, and system integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
