Responsibilities
- Assess customer requirements and provide recommendations on effective ArcGIS Enterprise architecture.
- Deploy, configure, and migrate ArcGIS Enterprise across diverse environments.
- Guide customer IT, GIS, and database teams through implementation decisions.
- Communicate ArcGIS platform capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise deployments and coordinate with infrastructure teams.
- Identify performance requirements and analyze system performance.
- Recommend strategies for performance monitoring and optimization.
- Collaborate within Esri’s technical community to solve complex challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise geospatial technology.
- Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise deployment.
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly to various audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, and team-oriented.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or a related STEM field.
- Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
