Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, APIs, and cloud-native patterns.
- Develop and enhance backend and frontend components using Java full-stack technologies and modern frameworks.
- Integrate RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, LLM copilots, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, responsive user interfaces, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
- Use AI-assisted workflows for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Bridge traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads while promoting responsible AI usage and engineering productivity.
- Maintain architectural integrity, governance standards, guardrails, and compliance with SDLC practices.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of RAG, LLM limitations, AI services, and AI-assisted productivity.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies including Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using human judgment and AI-assisted development; model training and ML architecture design are not required.
