Base Salary
$209k - $283k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build reliable and scalable system services and runtime infrastructure for edge and physical AI workloads.
- Develop on-device deployment, lifecycle management, update, and integration capabilities for AI-powered components.
- Create APIs, SDKs, developer tooling, observability, and diagnostics that improve development through deployment workflows.
- Optimize performance and reliability under limited resources, real-time requirements, and heterogeneous hardware constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and AI engineers on platform capabilities, service boundaries, integrations, documentation, and reference implementations.
Requirements
- Strong experience building systems software, platform services, or distributed systems in production.
- Proficiency in C, C++, Rust, Go, or Python.
- Understanding of Linux-based systems, process isolation, IPC, service lifecycles, and API design and versioning.
- Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, or internal tooling.
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, performance optimization, and system behavior across multiple stack layers.
- Preferred experience with container technologies, modern packaging and deployment, edge computing, embedded Linux, real-time systems, AI/ML inference, heterogeneous computing, robotics, vision systems, open-source systems, developer tooling, secure boot, isolation, or attestation.
