Responsibilities
- Develop LLM-based Q&A systems, agents, and algorithmic workflow applications.
- Assist with workflow development, prompt design, and prompt optimization.
- Implement tool use/function calling and foundational multi-turn dialogue capabilities.
- Implement NLP tasks including text classification, information extraction, and semantic matching.
- Train or participate in small-scale classification and labeling models and optimize their performance.
- Perform data cleaning, basic feature engineering, and result analysis.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python with strong problem-solving skills and good coding practices.
- Familiarity with common NLP tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition, and semantic matching.
- Ability to independently train and fine-tune simple classification or labeling models.
- Deep understanding of Transformer and BERT principles, including structure, training objectives, and application scenarios.
- Experience with large language models, such as API calls or basic prompt engineering.
- Understanding of agent fundamentals, including tool use and multi-turn dialogue, or experience with basic implementations.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Q&A systems, chatbots, or retrieval-augmented generation frameworks.
- Preferred: solid machine learning and deep learning foundations, including training workflows and loss functions.
- Preferred: proficiency in Java or experience with backend development, API design, and service implementation.
- Preferred: course projects, personal side projects, or open-source contributions.
