Responsibilities

Design and build LLM-based applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
Develop and deploy classification, regression, and clustering models for property and financial data analytics.
Implement multimodal AI solutions combining text, vision, and tabular data.
Architect Azure-based AI services using Kubernetes, serverless APIs, and MLOps practices.
Lead Vision AI experiments involving OCR, layout analysis, and document intelligence.
Mentor junior AI developers and participate in technical reviews.
Contribute to AI R&D, internal patents, and innovations.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and cloud teams globally.

At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML development across NLP, computer vision, or machine learning.
Expertise in LLMs including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Mistral, as well as LangChain and Transformers.
Proficiency in traditional ML pipelines, model optimization, and feature engineering.
Strong software engineering background with Python, API development, and microservices.
Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
Hands-on experience with MLOps tools for versioning and deployment.
Exposure to vector databases including Pinecone and FAISS, and to embeddings.
Strong leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration skills.
