Responsibilities

Translate customer needs into technical requirements for future ArcGIS Enterprise software releases.
Collaborate with product engineers and development engineers on software project teams.
Be a strong voice during the design phase for server backend and UI development.
Develop and implement test plans and test cases, write test code, and verify code changes.
Review and analyze automated test results and report on software quality.
Troubleshoot and triage customer issues.
Share workflows through help topics, blog articles, presentations, and tutorials.
Advocate for the user in product design and delivery.

2+ years of industry experience in software testing or software development.
Experience developing and implementing test plans and test automation for web services.
Fundamental understanding of APIs and API design principles.
Fundamental understanding of web services including REST and SOAP.
Experience working with Python, Java, or other scripting languages.
Experience with test frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or Ready API.
Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to build and deliver quality software in a team environment.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in GIS, geography, engineering, computer science, math, or related field.
