Base Salary
$131k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver complete backend solutions across design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operations.
- Develop secure, scalable, high-performance identity services supporting authentication and authorization for millions of customers.
- Advise management on project-level issues and make technical decisions with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Guide junior engineers and apply technical best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong foundation in programming concepts and data structures.
- Backend development experience using Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Understanding of web services and Service-Oriented Architecture principles.
- Exposure to Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with distributed systems, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, SQL or NoSQL databases, Redis, messaging systems, automated testing, observability, and payment-industry compliance standards.
