Base Salary
$132k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise DevSecOps strategy and modernization across toolchains, pipelines, security controls, and development teams.
- Standardize the DevOps platform and lead migrations from ADO, SVN, Jenkins, and Bitbucket to GitLab, Artifactory, Grafana, and Coverity.
- Design secure, unified, export-controlled Type D software environments and support regulatory and ITAR compliance.
- Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, GitLab runners, build environments, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Support AWS cloud-native environments and troubleshoot complex deployment, integration, and automation issues.
- Mentor administrators and developers and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
Requirements
- University degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program or contract.
- Experience with Git and Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipeline design and support, and AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of SDLC, DevSecOps, secure software delivery, identity and access management, authentication, authorization, and service accounts.
- Ability to support aerospace and regulatory compliance requirements, including ITAR, and collaborate across technical teams.
- Experience with agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Preferred experience with GitLab administration and runner management, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Artifactory/JFrog, Keycloak or similar identity-management tools, and regulated industries.
