Responsibilities
- Lead architecture engagements with ownership of scope, quality, outcomes, and client relationships.
- Shape target architectures, roadmaps, architecture functions, operating models, governance, and solution assurance.
- Design AI-ready architectures and help clients move from pilots to governed, reusable services.
- Use AI tools for research, analysis, option development, and architecture artefacts with quality assurance.
- Qualify opportunities and shape proposals, statements of work, team structures, commercial models, and architecture propositions.
- Lead mixed Baringa and client teams, coach colleagues, develop reusable capabilities, and support training, thought leadership, and recruitment.
Requirements
- Experience leading architecture work within complex technology-enabled change with a strong delivery focus.
- Experience in enterprise and solution architecture, including target architectures, roadmaps, solution design, and assurance.
- Broad experience across business, application, integration, data, infrastructure, and security architecture, with deep expertise in at least one area.
- Cloud experience across XaaS offerings, including cloud-native services and cloud or hybrid solutions.
- Practical understanding of AI adoption and its architecture considerations; hands-on AI design experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience contributing to proposals, bids, or account growth, with commercial awareness and the ability to own projects, teams, and delivery outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across C-suite and engineering audiences, plus a collaborative interest in developing others.
