Base Salary
$115k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, preferably ReactJS.
- Develop and manage back-end services using Python or Node.js and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build or integrate applications involving generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG patterns, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate user needs into technical requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews.
- Maintain system uptime and performance while learning and adapting to new technologies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of software development experience, or an associate’s degree plus 6 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 8 years of experience.
- Hands-on web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Backend development experience with Python, SQL, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, troubleshooting, presentation, and prioritization skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, cloud computing certification, API integration, serverless and microservices experience, generative AI and LLM application experience, vector database experience, LangChain or LlamaIndex experience, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and DevOps build and deployment pipeline experience.
