Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain application backends using Java 17 or higher.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Integrate RESTful APIs developed in Java and other technologies.
- Participate in planning and estimating tasks.
- Apply unit and integration testing practices.
- Integrate tests into existing CI/CD pipelines.
- Use relevant Google Cloud Platform services and support cloud deployment.
- Work with containers, version control, and collaborative Agile/Scrum development practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with Java.
- Hands-on experience with Java 17 features and higher.
- Ability to understand and potentially modify existing Java code, especially APIs.
- Familiarity with Java web frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Solid experience developing applications with Angular, with no version restriction.
- Familiarity with unit and integration testing in Angular.
- Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform services.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment and microservices architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with containers such as Docker and GKE.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
