Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of intelligent AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph and LLM APIs such as OpenAI API.
- Architect and improve automation workflows, guardrails, and best practices for automation script development.
- Ensure robust execution and integration with existing enterprise asset systems.
- Troubleshoot complex system integrations and manage API security, including key management and SSL configuration.
- Optimize Python-based AI workflows for scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to shape internal AI strategy and identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Draft, review, and maintain internal operational documentation.
- Present technical concepts and process alignments to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor others and help establish standards for AI integration.
Requirements
- Expert-level Python programming skills with strong knowledge of modules relevant to AI, data processing, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and the OpenAI ecosystem.
- Strong background in enterprise software development, API integrations, system architecture, and secure deployment practices.
- Exceptional professional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation.
- 6 to 8 years of overall software engineering, system architecture, or backend development experience.
- 1 to 2 years of dedicated hands-on experience in AI development, LLM integration, and generative AI application development.
