Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce programmatic requests, platform enhancements, architecture, and technical design reviews.
- Develop Apex classes and triggers, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, ERP systems, and third-party APIs.
- Implement Salesforce code-quality standards, PMD rulesets, automated code analysis, quality gates, and code reviews.
- Own release cycles, deployment scheduling, environment promotion strategies, automated provisioning, and production support.
- Build and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, unlocked packages, and infrastructure-as-code processes.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, scalability, integrations, and production environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with internal and external technical teams.
- Support Salesforce administration and participate in design, implementation, deployment, testing, monitoring, and dependency analysis.
- Participate in an Agile environment and provide on-call support during after-hours and weekends when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent proven experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce platform engineering experience, including DevOps practices.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
- Advanced Salesforce DX experience, including scratch-org management, source format, and CLI automation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Service Cloud; fundamental knowledge of Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud.
- Experience building Salesforce CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps and using SFDX, Salesforce CLI, or ANT Migration Tool.
- Expertise with Git branching strategies, unlocked packages, package-based development, automated deployment, and Salesforce environment management.
- Strong REST API, enterprise architecture, integration design, web development, database, networking, and distributed microservices experience.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, automated testing, test-data management, monitoring, and production debugging.
- Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, advanced Git workflows, monitoring and alerting, business-facing groups, Agile teams, and DevOps cultures.
