Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and run experiments on how AI agents discover, retrieve, and cite web content.
- Build and ship production systems using web and backend technologies.
- Build or debug telemetry and routing pipelines for product development and experimentation.
- Use findings about AI agent behavior to develop systems that improve web discovery.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an individual contributor building and shipping production systems.
- Production experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience working at a startup or technology company.
- Experience with large language models at the infrastructure or evaluation level, or with edge systems.
- Experience building or debugging telemetry and routing pipelines.
- Curiosity about how AI systems select information to retrieve, cite, and trust.
Benefits
- Salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
- Equity of 0.10% to 0.30%.
- On-site in San Francisco, California, six days per week.
