Responsibilities
- Own complex frontend solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Deliver production-grade React and TypeScript code for complex financial applications.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences in partnership with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders.
- Address state management, performance optimization, and integration with distributed backend systems.
- Refactor and modernize existing codebases where needed.
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in development and production environments.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and the scalability and operational model of a new e-banking investment channel.
- Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team and help influence technical direction.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, with a strong focus on React at enterprise scale.
- Deep understanding of modern frontend ecosystems, tools, frameworks, and large shared component libraries or design systems.
- Experience with Node.js and frontend build tooling.
- Solid understanding of Unix/Linux environments and Bash scripting.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, API security, and OAuth2.
- Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.
