Responsibilities
- Drive automated testing and continuous quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Build and evolve scalable test automation frameworks and integrate automated test suites into software delivery pipelines.
- Develop unit, component, API, functional, regression, performance, and security testing capabilities.
- Shape performance, load, security, resilience, and service virtualization testing strategies.
- Apply TDD, BDD, and automation practices to improve testability, maintainability, and application performance.
- Own quality outcomes for complex client initiatives and collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and test teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in software testing, coding, software design, or development.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another technical discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience designing and developing automated testing frameworks and test suites.
- Hands-on knowledge of Java, Selenium, continuous integration technologies, and modern testing tools.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, TDD, and BDD.
- Preferred qualifications include a relevant master's degree, 8+ years of experience, and experience with continuous testing, service virtualization, payment security, or PCI testing.
