Base Salary
$129k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles.
- Define reusable components and frameworks supporting product lifecycles.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance.
- Mentor development teams and conduct design and code reviews focused on compliance and scalability.
- Integrate Pega applications with payment gateways, trading platforms, insurance data providers, and other external systems.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Pega development experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Lead System Architect.
- Mandatory Pega CLSA certification.
- Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity, Constellation, DX API, and DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with Common Data Model and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
