Base Salary
$129k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Pega applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation UX.
- Define reusable frameworks, components, and design standards for scalable and maintainable delivery.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, software development lifecycle activities, and release governance.
- Mentor developers and promote development best practices across distributed teams.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems, external data providers, payment platforms, and other business applications.
- Address performance, scalability, security, and compliance considerations in solution designs.
- Support CI/CD initiatives and DevOps practices for Pega deployments.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Pega development experience.
- 3+ years serving as a Lead System Architect or in an equivalent architecture role.
- Required Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
- Strong experience with the Pega Infinity platform, Constellation UX, DX API, enterprise integration patterns, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, and Common Data Model concepts.
- Experience designing solutions in banking, financial services, or insurance environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and architectural decision-making skills.
- Experience guiding distributed development teams.
- Preferred experience with large-scale digital transformation, cloud-native architecture, enterprise modernization, third-party financial or payment platforms, insurance data providers, and enterprise consulting.
