Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Build and manage Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows.
- Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions, customer review calls, status updates, and technical query resolution.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Provide production support, incident management, bug fixes, root cause analysis, data fixes, and hotfixes.
- Monitor application performance and ensure reliability, availability, security, and scalability.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and follow Salesforce coding, security, and performance best practices.
- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Use Agentforce AI, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to improve development productivity.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations.
- Understanding of the Salesforce security model, governor limits, data model, and performance optimization.
- Experience with production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and deployments.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, and App Builder.
- Exposure to Agentforce AI and AI-based development tools.
- Experience with Jira, Service First, or similar ticketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of DocuSign user management, document management, and configuration.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and working in agile delivery teams.
