Base Salary
$170k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth in existing accounts and own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrated cybersecurity deals across consulting, systems integration, and managed security services.
- Partner with sales, account teams, CIS, service lines, SMEs, and bid teams to identify opportunities and architect outcome-driven cybersecurity solutions.
- Lead win strategies, solution differentiation, value articulation, RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, solution defense discussions, and proposal development.
- Assess security maturity, define target-state architectures, recommend phased implementation strategies, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Evaluate pricing models, risk transfer, scalability, margin implications, and delivery models for security solutions.
- Integrate OEMs, hyperscalers, and niche partners into presales strategies and develop technology consulting solutions for market.
- Provide CISO-level advisory and thought leadership while creating presentations, proposal responses, security architectures, and designs.
- Support engineers and SMEs in developing technical solutions and scalable cybersecurity offerings.
Requirements
- 17+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity-led infrastructure, application, and digital engineering offerings, delivery models, and secure-by-design solutioning.
- Broad cybersecurity technology experience across legacy, cloud, zero trust, data security, identity, endpoint, SIEM, and AI-driven security platforms.
- Experience with cybersecurity outsourcing trends, industry-specific risks, regulatory considerations, and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Full-lifecycle experience as a Security Consultant covering consultancy, architecture definition, and solution implementation.
- Hands-on experience delivering data center and cloud security solutions involving firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, web/email content filtering, DLP, SIEM, endpoint security, IAM, encryption, and application security.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, SAS70, SOC1, and FISMA security standards.
- Ability to communicate architectural implications and security strategies to senior business and IT leadership.
- Preferred certifications include CCIE, CCSE, CISSP, CISA, CISM, and CRISC.
- Experience advising customers on architectures aligned with industry and regulatory standards.
